The French Tour is back for its second year, with the competition held at the Occitanie eSport Gaming Festival on the 10th & 11th of December 2022.
There will be 14 teams of 4 drivers each, competing in an endurance-focused race on Gran Turismo this weekend. Drivers from France, Italy, Poland, and other European Countries will compete with each other in the tournament.
The Official Cockpit Partner, Next Level Racing has supplied The French Tour with the F-GT Cockpits, used by professionals and simulation enthusiasts globally.
During the two days, attendees will have the chance to enter a raffle giveaway and be in the draw to win the F-GT Cockpit. Attendees will also get the opportunity to experience the simulators in person, with 4 F-GT Cockpits running Gran Turismo.
In the 2021 edition of the tournament, Next Level Racing partner team Prima eSports finished 2nd overall. Managed by Alain Jovanovic, Prima eSports are one of the most promising teams on the lineup. This team is one to keep an eye out for, being well-experienced in top-tier competitions. The team consists of Kylian Drumont, a 2022 Gran Turismo World Finalist and World Champion for Subaru, Benjamin Caudron, 2022 GT Fusion World Champion, Joss Legrand, and Mehdi Hafidi.
Prima eSports is also a part of the Duqueine Automotive group, providing racing prototypes, and a well-known international company specializing in composites.
We would also like to wish all the best to our French Partners Virtualdrivers by TX3. Led by Jendenans Stephane, Joel Sskila, Leo Besselievre, and Gianluca De Angeli will be competing against the best drivers in the region!
What started last year, in a gymnasium at Saint Germain en Laye near Paris, is now being held with the Occitanie eSport Gaming Festival, with a vision to be expanded even more for 2023.
