WHAT GOT ME INTO RACING?
4 years ago Josh tried drifting for the first time and since then he has just kept pushing forwards. Naturally Harvey noticed how much fun this was and decided age doesn't matter and tried it himself!
WHAT IS YOUR GOAL FOR THE TWO YEARS?
Over the next 2 years Josh will be focusing on some bigger events across Europe whilst our main priority is to put Harvey in a position to learn as much as possible. Harvey will continue his training at PH Drift in the academy cars for the foreseeable future whilst slowly making steps into the competition Nissan 350z which he will share with Josh.
WHAT DO YOU LOVE ABOUT YOUR NEXT LEVEL RACING PRODUCTS?
Everything about the Next Level Racing product has been amazing, For both Josh and Harvey to share a rig was always difficult due to the massive size difference, Next level managed to supply us something that we could adjust so easily in minimal time.
HOW IS SIMULATION HELPING YOUR TRAINING?
The simulator is 100% our most important tool especially in the project with Harvey. The idea of Harvey driving has always been a scary one, we needed to trust him and for him to learn as much as possible before he took the step into the real thing! When he first took the step into the real car the potential of the simulator really showed and Harvey looked as if he had been doing it for years. With Josh competing in Europe and not been able to visit the tracks before hand this also helps him to get to know the circuits and have an idea on bits such as car setups before he even gets there!
