What got you into racing?
My passion for cars started incredibly early at just 2 years old, I became obsessed with the Cars movie, and that was the spark. From then on, everything about cars fascinated me: the speed, the roar of the exhausts, the unique designs and shapes each car had its own identity, and I wanted to know everything about them. As I got older, I became drawn to drifting in particular. Watching Ken Block tearing through city streets with precision and fearless close calls, and movies like Tokyo Drift, really ignited something deeper. Drifting stood out because it wasn’t just about being fast it was about control, style, and split-second decision-making. Going door-to-door against another driver in an unpredictable battle gives you an unmatched adrenaline rush. It’s raw, stylish, and the perfect expression of driving skill.
What is the your goal for the next 2 years?
I want to carve out my name in the motorsport world and earn a place among its rising talents. At the same time, I’m focused on doing well in my A-levels, with the goal of studying automotive or motorsport engineering at university. It’s about building both my career and the knowledge to back it.
What is your favourite race track to race on?
• Favorite track I’ve driven: Jebel Ali Kart Track. It’s narrow and unpredictable, which makes it both challenging and exciting perfect for refining control and reaction. • Track I plan to drive: Biķernieku Trase in Riga, Latvia. The high-speed initiations and layout make it one of the most iconic tracks for drifting, and it’s high on my bucket list. • Favorite car I’ve driven: So far, it’s the Nissan 370Z. It’s the most powerful car I’ve driven, and I love its sharp transitions and quick response especially on tighter tracks with sharp hairpins. • Favorite car on the simulator: A turbocharged Nissan Silvia S15. The S-chassis platform has incredible balance and tuning potential. I’ve explored it extensively on the sim, and I’m working toward drifting one in real life.
How is simulation helping your training?
Sim racing has been a game-changer for me. It’s helped build my confidence with high-speed initiations and allowed me to explore different initiation styles safely. The simulator gives me unlimited seat time without the risks and costs of real-world driving. I use it to test different setups, get a feel for unfamiliar tracks, and push my limits. It’s one of the best tools for developing skills and staying sharp.
